Who we are

We are an LGBTQIA+ affirming and trauma-informed group counseling practice focused on real, sustainable change—not just surface-level coping. We believe that meaningful healing happens in environments where safety and identity are centered, and where care is grounded in both clinical excellence and authentic connection. By operating as a grounded group practice, we ensure our clinicians are as supported and empowered as the clients they serve. We center safety, identity, and evidence-based care to provide a space where you don’t have to justify your experience to be heard.
